Nothing wrong, just I have not much experience of Phoenix BIOS. Phoenix BIOS is not very friendly.
Suggestion:
To re-flash from bios.bak, do you need to change the name to BIOS.ROM ?

Using Phlash

So if you have Phlash, a platform.bin and a bios.rom

Can you just flash the bios.rom using Uniflash (in case you have to hot flash in another system) or is the bios.rom file encrypted?

Well, I've read up a little bit more. It looks like the PLATFORM.BIN file is required to identify (active or passive, I don't know) the Flash chip type and the chipset for PHLASH.EXE. As long as it doesn't do what IBM do and build the ROM image at flash time, I would guess that Uniflash might be able to write it. The best bet would be to see if Uniflash can read it, and compare the file saved by Uniflash with the file saved by PHLASH.
