the computer displays a black screen

how do I restore it?

Do you have any other board that can fit this bios chip? Then you can try a hotflash procedure, otherwise I would advise to use the services from http://www.badflash.com

And last but not least, check the condition of the capacitors on your board:
http://www.badcaps.net

Over the years many Asus boards have been hit by this problem.
