Dell Laptop E5510 - Bios Update failed

Hello,
I have a Dell Laptop E5510 and tried to update the Bios (A03 to A010).
Now the System (Windows 7) says shutting down (since 3 hours). I know that once I will turn it off manually it will not come up again.
I tried to download the old A03 Bios to a different PC and extract the .exe (E5510A03.exe -writeromfile) but it won't work. I don't know how I can extract the .exe file.
Can somebody please help me, I would really appreciate it.

Ctrl-Alt-Del does not get you out of this mode? Did you run the update as Administrator per the instructions?
