You can't find it because there's G missing from the string "2A59GB3JC" 
It's BCM FM530 board sold by Packard Bell as 810/820 board http://www.uktsupport.co.uk/pb/mb/810.htm
The BIOS there is:
04/28/98-i430VX-SMC37C93-2A59GB3JC-00
PACKARD BELL BIOS version v1.25I
The BIOS supports HDDs up to 8.4GB only.
It's BCM FM530 board sold by Packard Bell as 810/820 board http://www.uktsupport.co.uk/pb/mb/810.htm
