how to access Bios setup on old IBM-PS1?
i've tried all F* keys, Ins, del, ctrl+esc, alt+s and so on..
tried also holding keys from begin of boot.. nothing..

it need a special floppy disk to setup that bios?

Old IBMs need special floppy for that.
