Have you visited the Abit website to get the latest BIOS or not?
Flash your BIOS at your own risk.

KT7A-Raid version 1.0 1.1 or 1.2
http://fae.abit.com.tw/eng/download/bios/kt7.htm

Please read the warnings about the newer Highpoint Bios integrated into mainboard Bios !
You have to set FSB to 133MHz to get your Athlon work at full speed but you may get problems as these revisions do not officially support AthlonXP (faulty mainboard design ?) .
