Hi hutu
This is a PC-Chips motherboard, probably M560.
Check out the PC-Chips Lottery site, select "Do NOT know" and that should help you to identify your board. Then post in the M5xx forum, lots of people are looking to put better processors in their PC-Chips boards and you will get some good advice.

Without a complete Bios string and without Info for Onboard Sound yes or no it could be any Pcchips Board using ALI-IV chipset - M560/560TG/565/575 are possible .

You might be using the 2.4V version of the K6-2-450, and at 2.2V it may either not boot, or become very unstable if it does.
Your only choices would be getting a 2.2V version or jumpering the voltage to 2.5V.
