You have two choices:
a) You can switch to an AMI BIOS (by crossflashing) for your board, which MSI offers:
http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/b ... ME=MS-6117
....and which didn't suffer from the 32GB bug as the Award BIOS did (back then), and which is much newer.
b) We can patch your current BIOS for large HDD support.

Usually, from AWARD to AMI, use Award Flash 5.35.
From AMI to AWARD, use AMIFLASH 6.34.

But first make sure the flasher detects your BIOS chip properly. Peel off the BIOS sticker if you must.

Are you sure you don't have the 32GB-limiting clip on?

HI

I'm sure that clip 32GB limit is off.

BIOS stops on the disk detection on the AMI and Award BIOS if clip is off.

If clip is on the BIOS properly recognize SV4012H Samsung 40GB disk as 32GB disk.
