I have a Motherboard that I'm trying to ID to find jumper settings, manual, etc... can anyone help?

The bios string reads...
11/12/96-VT82C580VP-2A5LA008C-00

It uses Award Bios

If anyone can help, please email me...

Made by FIC. Look for a Px-xxxx number on the board somewhere.
