The Motherboard is Elpina and the bios is by American Megatrends. It's AmiBIOS Setup, Version 2.5

Would flashing the BIOS solve the problem or maybe some IDE Controler card? If more information is needed ask me and please tell me where to find such information

I think it's M710
The picture matches almost exectly except for the position of those cylinder things behind the CPU Slot. but everything else's just the same.
