Motherboard for PCCHIPS M560

Motherboard for PCCHIPS M560

I'm looking for the manual of my motherboard and for a bios update. I think is a pcchips M560, but I'm not sure.
On the motherboard there's this code:
L 98OS-8 ML-1 94U-0
The bios is: amibios with this id:
51-0505-001437-00111111-071595-M1531 / 43
Chipset: ALi M1531
Can someone help me?

If it has 4PCI slots, 4ISA slots and 2DIMM slots, then it's an M560 alright...
