Please help to find right bios upgrade for procomp motherboard.
ID string 01/08/1999- i440BX- W977TF- 2A69KPNJC-00. It did not see 80G Seagate hard drive at all. Thanks.

That shows on Google as Procomp B680 motherboard. Is the PCB V2.1 or is it earlier ? Look for markings on the board.
Tested patched BIOSes. Untested patched BIOSes.

It is Procomp B680 2M Bios ver2.1. That what it show when I turn computer on.

On board it said B680/B683 Ver. 2.1, I check Procomp B680 there are few files, can you tell which one is right? Thanks.

I download fileB680v26 and update bios everything went well, but auto detect for hard drive still did not reconize 80GB hard drive from Seegate.
What did i do wrong?

The BIOS has still 32GB and 64GB bugs. Patched BIOS sent.

That's OK, it doesn't support large disks. If you're happy to try it out, get it from the link here - it's the 256KB version, in brackets.

Hi Nicks,
I went to the link find file B680v17x down load and try to upgrade bios,
it told me parts not match and lock computer there. Right now I have B680 Ver. 2.6. please help, Thank you

Use another version of Awdflash (7.xx) or try UniFlash.
The BIOS I sent you is like the latest official one:

Sorry, the ftp timed out and reconnected to the root directory. I did say the 256K file.... it's there now if you have email problems.

I download file Procomp B680/B683 256K.zip ( yesterday file B680 128K.zip) and another flash bios ver. 7.21 ( yesterday i use ver. 7.73 ).
Everything is working good now, when i turn pc on it show i440BX-W977TF-2A69KPNJC-00 2MB Bios Ver. 2.6 with patched 128HD.
