bios settings not available agp apeture size

There is no setting to change the agp apeture size in my bios utility. I have a pcchips m817lmr mobo and tried to flash the bios and am not sure if it worked or not, None of the bios settings have changed. Is there some utility or something that will allow more options in the bios. Chipset is ALi M1647 rev 4 bios date is 04/04/02.

With a newer Bios the Bios-Id should have been slightly changed and the Release ..... message in the upper left corner just below the AMI Logo should show a newer date as with older Bios .
