I really hope you guys can help me out.....I have a PC with a Gigabyte 6BA motherboard and Award bios......there is a 40 GB western Digital HD installed, at boot-up the post halts at "primary master".......On Gigabyte's web site, there are references to recent bios updates, that refer to PCB v.3.0 or above, I do not know how to determine what revision my board is......the problem seems to be that ol' 32 GB limit......I.D. string-07/01/1999-i440BX-W977-2A69KGOAC-00.........Any help would be appreciated......I can use overlay software if necessary, but I really don't want to....... :(
