Which Award flash utility? K7T Pro ver. 1

I need to flash the bios on an MSI K7T Pro ver. 1 motherboard but cannot find any info at the MSI website as to which Award flash utility I should use. The link to Award ver. 7 flashers on the utilities page of this website (Wim's) appears to be dead.

The bios file you download from MSI contains, after unzipping:

------the bios file
------the flash utility
------a how-to text file
