PLCC to DIL converter , or backward

hi , I'm lookning for some info how to build converter to program PLCC chips on my DIL motherboard. I have some pdfs (DILL chips) but i wasnt able to find any PLCC pdfs , i know i'm hopeless searcher

I have dead shuttle AV-22 motherboard with 4MB PLCC chip and only DILL workimg mobos (ASUS a7v133 at the time)
plz help

This is for 1mbit Intel chips

Get datasheet for your chip, pinout will be in the PDF file.

thank you , in the mean time i found some newer pdfs with plcc schematics

"kiev.ru something jabadaba" site was not reachable (and is now) and i couldnt find any decent pdfs (i had one from 97 year
