Use the save feature of the flasher. Use the "/?" switch to find out how.

i use the awdflasher , but when i try to backup the curant BIOS to a bin file , i either get an error saying "file not found" or the system just get stock and i have to reset...

what's the exact command line to backup the BIOS in awdflasher ?

i tryed the command line that u gave me , but the same thing happend...awdflash open and writes : "Now backup..." and "Please wait" and then the system hangs...nothing happens...i waited 5 min. and then i reset...something is wrong...

You aren't trying it in a Windows DOS-box, I hope... ?

no , it's a pure DOS , i made a bootdisk from widnows and only kept :
command.com - Io.sys - MSdos.sys in the floppy...
