Hi,

I need a BIOS update to get a Maxtor 60 GB working.
The Mainboard is a

VTech/PCPartner MB520NH
or
Aristo AM-439VX

The BIOS is a Award 4.51PG
The last BIOS to get is from August '97. Got it from:

Is it possible to patch it?

is patchable. Just let us check for a later one...

Just for info, this BIOS is now listed as PCPartner MB520NH.

New BIOS OEM string: BIOS-I (70814B) patched for 128GB HDD

**Note**: 1 user reports that an 80GB disk was recognised OK, but that
to successfully install Windows 2000 required the first partition to
be smaller than full capacity (<32GiB?).
