I have a Sony Vaio PCV-RX580 (1.8Ghz P4), bought it about 6-9 months ago on Ubid (Factory Refurb). Motherboard is dead and they want $700, about $75 less than I paid for teh whole thing!! what a rip.

any help? what replacement (I think ASUS) motherboard can I buy?

Any Micro-ATX but make sure you get a new backplate with it as Sony seems to use a non-standard one.
