Patched using apple_rom's bp and posted.
As usual:
- you flash at your own risk
- read and follow the flash utility instructions.
- we recommend you clear the CMOS ( take notes of how it is set up first if you want) after flashing - use /cc and /cd switches with the Award flasher.

Thanks for the feedback.

Katmai is the code name for one of the Intel processors. I don't know if this is a feature of apple_rom's patcher. If you like I can give you a version patched with Rainbow's patcher which does not update the processor microcode patches.

Sorry, I don't know the difference between the two processors - try Google search or tomshardware.com

I'll send you the other BIOS when I get the other machine to boot; it is ill at the moment.
