Help! I ruinned my BIOS

Can you help me with the AWARD BIOS chip from the following discontinued motherboard?

System Board : PT-5IV
Computer ID : FC, Type : AT
BIOS Date : 07/30/96
Award BIOS found : Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG
Award ID-String : 07/30/96-i430VX-UMC8669-2A59GP89C-00
Board/BIOS-Version : 07/30/96 UM8669F ION ROM - NOT FOR SALE
OEM : PROTEAM
Chipset : i430VX-UMC8669 //Intel TVX
(Intel Triton VX chipset) Socket 7 based m/b)

I tried to flash the BIOS with the upgrade (5ivu.bin) that I downloaded from the manufacturer's web site
( http://www.azza.com.tw/Layout.asp?Page=bios2 ) but it did not work and I ruined the BIOS. I used the flash utility awdflash.exe ver 7.88 but the process hung so I rebooted and lost my BIOS. Do I need a new chip or what? and if so where would I get one? the Motherboard is 6 years old and is discontinued.
