how i find the upgrade for this bios 12/31/97-i440LX-ITE8679F-2A69JL1DC-00 i search in the intel site but there are many bios upgrade

thx but it's normal the file is .bin and not .exe?

The .bin file is the biosfile but it may come as zipped(.zip) or with a selfextractor(usually .exe) .
You need a flash program to flash it into your Bios .
Please read the FAQ from the main page how to flash a Bios !!!!!

i don't understand i downloaded the file 9jd8-a.bin i read the faq but i not understand what do i do with thath file and where i can find the right flasher?
