At least 4 variants exist - Socket 370: MS-6163FC, MS-6163VA, MS-6163 Pro (MS-6163 V2.0) and BX Master (MS-6163 V 3.0), but
your BIOS dated 03/21/2000 should support large HDD.
You should also have a BIOS message like "W6163MJ V2.0 010799" in the top left of the memory count screen - what is it ?
Have you checked that:
- the Cylinder Limit (32 GB clip) jumper is removed
- if you were using it with a jumper or with disk management software, that you've removed the disk manager and re-partitioned the drive with a version of FDISK which supports HDD >64GB ?
