Hey, im looking for more info on which equipment to get and how to use it.
The chip that i want to Program is a DIP 32 pin "W29EE011-15'


Im not looking for super programer that costs hundreds of $, but a simple but yet effective one...And the most user friendly

You should be able to use any older EPROM programmer, provided that you have new enough software that knows the chip.
A cheap DIY one is c't Flasher http://www.heise.de/ct/Redaktion/ea/flasher/flasheng.htm:

You can also use hot-swap method or try something like http://www.badflash.com.

Im not looking to build one, and how does that one work? Do you conect it to your comp?

Im looking for a user friendly flasher.
