Kapok 9200 - jumper/DIP configuration

I need jumper configuration for Kapok 9200 notebook. Someone replaced original CPU (unknown) with AMD486DX4/100 WB Enhanced and did not configure the jumpers and DIPs on the board. It only boots when "Boot Up System Speed" is set to Low, which is really slow (L1 and L2 caches disabled and maybe something other). Does anyone know where can I get a manual or some configuration table?
