Hello!

I need a newer BIOS to this laptop with BIOS ID string 2A5IEACB, haven't found who manufactures this one (Junglenote 9700 is printed on it).

Sincerly,

It seems the first part of your question is "what is my motherboard ?". Please provide the information we ask for - full BIOS ID etc, using something like BIOS Agent (downloadable through the link on the main Wim's BIOS site front page).

Junglenote.com disappeared in late 1999/early 2000.

Interesting to see a notebook with an Award BIOS. I wonder if the HDD patcher will work...
Flash your BIOS at your own risk.

There's not a lot at archive.org, just the bare outlines of a couple of pages. :(

Most probably the SPICA SC-9700

Links don't work, but at least the laptop is no longer an orphan :-)
