Does such a thing exist ? Taking a quick look at Tom's Hardware, they seem to think that the PIII came in at 450 MHz.

Maybe a 450(FSB100) on a FSB66 board ?
Or a 600(FSB133) on a FSB66 Board ?
Usually 2.00V for Katmai(512KB external L2-Cache) types or 1.6V to 1.75V for Coppermine(256KByte On-Die L2-Cache) types

P2-300 is 2.8V IIRC

P2-300 exist as Deschutes with 2.00V ,too
