SL46T = Celeron Coppermine 566MHz @ 8.5x multiplier FSB 66 VCore 1.5

celeron up to 533, p3 up to 1GHz so no.

It should work - the Coppermine Celerons are almost same as Coppermine PIIIs, except the lower FSB and less cache.
