I downloaded the AMI bios utility and my manifacturer is

1437 HSING TECH ENTERPRISE CO., LTD.

I found this site

My bios vertion is
1016

And I'm having GREAT problem with finding a Update to the bios !

PLS HELP !

I won to update my bios becaouse i have a problem with my build in sound card on
SiS735
it is a SiS7012 audio
My volum is not enough ! thanks god that i have speacers with Volum control and i can hear somthing from my PC but i wont to use my headphones and that is not possible with that low volume ;<
ah yeah and i updated all of the drivers for the SiS6735 ,AGP,Audio, and so on drivers and i wont to update my bios hehe
its nice to be up to date and
i cant figure out what to do and where tos earch the damn thing :<

Does that onboard sound have a SPEAKER out? Or only a LINE OUT?

I think it has only line out which means you need a seperate external amplifier to use your headphones.

Mic
and a Game port
i Connect the cables from my speakers to the Line In and the volum is on MAX in Windows

Maybe I should add that the amplifier he needs for his headphones is a physical device external to his sytem and thus his problem can never be solved by a bios upgrade...
