I want to find a way (code) to flash bios in windows system,
anybody can help me, give me some suggest,

It's not easy - see UniFlash source code (in Pascal) - http://www.pppr.sk/rainbow/programs.html#UniFlash. Under Windows, you need to somehow access the top of 4GB memory space and also do the precise timing if flashing old chips.
