Flashing MB with AMIBIOS that has AwardBIOS

I had inherited a ECS K7SEM v3c Motherboard that the person had flashed with AwardBIOS, but the BIOS chip on the board says was AMIBIOS. THe AwardBIOS does boot the machine, with some odd issues. However they do have the correct BIOS on ECS's Website, however, the AWARDFlasher 8.22 does not allow me to use that BIOS file and the AMI flashe no longer acknowledges the Flasher on the board.
