I tried updating to the latest bios and the system halt. After restarting the system prompt me to the bootblock bios but the drive could not read the disc. Any solution ?

Use the latest v2.0 beta BIOS http://www.qdigrp.com/qdisite/driver/TechBIOS/L7%20support%20large%20HDD(76G).zip.
Don't use BIOS v1.2 - it does not work at all (or at least did not work on boards I tried).
