The old Celerons maxed out at ~550MHz without raising VCore .
Even with VCore raised by 0.4V it might or might not be possible for a stable 600MHz run (and it gets real hot !!).
75Mhz FSB should run without problems as small overclock and AGP/PCI are not too high to affect stability .

I have mendocino celeron 300A@540MHz VCore 2.1Volt running for 3 years without trouble at all
