Where can I download a patched copy of the BIOS for the Micron TransPort NX Award BIOS v4.51PGM V17M16 2000/02/24 with ID 02/22/2000-i440BX-NS338-2A69KC2AC-00 so that it will recognize a 120GB HDD?

clip your drive to 32GB, detect it using LBA in the bios and install WiXP on a partition that resides within the 32GB area. boot WiXP, install SP2 and you'll be able to use the whole drive's capacity.
