USB on m537

Recommended by Wim's BIOS...

I have sure problem. Service USB under winXP and w2k does not it act. During installation near detection devices system hangs. When I switch off service USB system it installs oneself. When on installed wines XP or w2k włącze service USB, system hangs sie near starting. In safe mode XP or w2k USB acts. Under win98se after installation drivers mouse (usb) and detection telephone acts without problem. Whatdoesn't USB act in winXP and w2k ?
I have bios: 04/30/98-537 + UMC8670F-2A5LDH09C-00

Some USB chipsets aren't supported in W2K.
