my Compaq Armada E500 bios is dead

my Compaq Armada E500 bios is dead

Bios update went bad . Now just sits there with 2 lights on. nothing comes on . Does this thing have boot block recovery pads ? If so, where on the board are they? If not, any other way to boot to floppy to reflash bios? I know some other laptops use a parallel port plug to activate the boot block. Thanks for the help.
