bought this s/h. Tried but have yet to identify mobo mfr. any suggestions appreciated.
AMI BIOS code:
62-3145-112398-001011-071595-440BX-DETROIT

Made 1999, Celeron 333 chip, Samsung 4.3GB HDD.
Intel 440BX chipset (as in string).
tried to find mfr code from string using third part i.e. xx2398, but cannot identify it.
Made in Detroit i think, made by Trigem(USA)?

Flash your BIOS at your own risk.

Not much but better than nothing:

Drag this trough http://babel.altavista.com and use Korean to English, that way it becomes somewhat readable.

trigem makes mobos for E-machines
try looking thru E-machines site for a model with that processor and then search the net for jumper settings for that board.
E-machines charges a $20. + fee for settings and bios flashes.
P.S. the C in there model names = celeron, K = K6-2
hope this helps

Detroit was never used in eMachines. See:
