Windows starup failed after bios upgrade

Hi,

i have just upgarde my bios but now i am enable to start my PC!
enable to reinstall windows
motherboard : EPOX 8K9A

here is what i can see in the botom of my screen after bios upgrade
this is when windows try to boot

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\windows\system32..

Alfter black screen

Help me please !!!

Have you tried clearing CMOS?
Tested patched BIOSes. Untested patched BIOSes.

At a guess, I'd say that the update either enabled or disabled ACPI. Windows will not boot if you change this setting after installation.

Check your cmos setup and restore ACPI to its previous state.
Flash your BIOS at your own risk.

Also try disconnecting power cable temporarily, and pressing the power button on the case to flush the system memory.

Sometimes a technique similar to the above has enabled me to boot XP when some garbage in the system memory was causing a problem like yours.
