BIOS utility for changing passwords

Hi,

I am new to your forum and new to BIOS workings so please exuse my ignorance.
I have a silly question though - Is there such a utility that will allow me to change bios passwords on all make/models of PC's?

There is a debug routine that will clear the CMOS including the password from most BIOS'. Then you can set it to whatever you want.
