PCI IDE Controller Card BIOS update problem

Hello!

I want to update the BIOS of VIA VT6420 based controller card:

Neither VIA nor The Manufacturer ST-lab (Sunsway) offer any flasher to this controller (they are both "dumb" for e-mails) , which has BIOS ver 1.1 (ver 3.1 is available now on VIA Support Site).
The BIOS chi is FLASH-type chip Winbond W49V002AP and it can be flashed for sure.
Does anyone know any utlity which can find externeal PCI controller and flash it's BIOS?

You can try UniFlash but don't expect it to work...
