hmm AMI PC CHIP M730 or problems with download.

I have PC chip matherboard m730 but i have not documentation and manual. I wanted to download manual some documentation bius upgrade and VGA upgrade but I could not. I visited 6 or more sites but for my matherboard i can't download nothing (only flash AMI utility)
Who may to help me? some links exactly please. I say that manufacturer does not care of the clients becouse Almost links dead!
