asus sp97-v bios

asus sp97-v bios

I need help! I tried to upgrade the bios on my machine but when I run the aflash utility I get an "open error file" what does this mean? I have the asus sp97-v motherboard with the sis5598 chipset. My current bios is 0103 and I want to upgrade to 0108.
