Need Help to identifiy Motherboard & Find the Manual

Hello,
I am trying to rebuild a Vintage computer and can not identifiy the motherboard. The computer case is an APEX. The only identifiying marks on the motherboard is 2 chipsets (VXpro-II). There is nothing intergrated on the motherboard. If anyone can HELP please do.
