is there any soft for recovering bios passwords?
i can't to boot windows? how to find or reset bios password?
i don't want to remove battery...

when i'm booting i get message: please enter administrator or primary password.

Try a utility called KILLCMOS. Use Google to find it.

If that doesn't work, contact DELL, and they'll help you upon proof of ownership.
