Hello everybody, today I've downloaded a bios update for my old freetech crane p5f84 from www.flexus.nl, but after flashing it correctly the machine, at reboot, plays 3 high beeps and 2 low ones. Nothing more on the screen and the machine stays hanged. If I put a disk on the floppy, the machine starts reading it, so I think that it's going into a recovery mode. In facts if I prepare a recovery disk with that bios, it's flashed and the machine reboots itself, but (of course) it's not working, yet. So I need to find an older bios, if I don't go wrong there was the 5/5/1998 inside, but the backup I did before flashing is broken...where could I find it? Anybody has it somewhere? Thanks a lot!

Put ISA vga card there - and flash again - maybe you will see an error.

thanks for your reply. I can see no errors when flashing that bios, but it stops working. I think I just need an older version...but where??? :(
