Since the links do not work, how do I get a flash utility program for AMI Bios?

I have an old ELpina MB and have the latest revision BIOS, I just need the flash utility.

What version do you need? I have from 3.20 to 8.27.13.
Please use the Fourms for Bios Questions
and not my Email
