BIOS UPGRADE M7VKB

Good morning,
I am looking for un update for my BIOS. I have a BIOSTAR motherboard M7VKB with a VIA KT 133 chipset. I have tried new RAM modules without succes and I guess the only possibility to get the new RAMs recognized is to upgrade the BIOS. Unfortunately I could not find this motherboard on the website of the producer. The original BIOS is an Award 6.00. Someone any idea or suggestion ?
