My board is

Can anybody help me to find the producer, manual or bios upgrade?

Forget about a bios upgrade. This is a non-flash motherboard. Seems to be made by Chicony:

Check the entire top surface of the motherboard for any markings printed in white ink. They can be anywhere, including in between the slots. A layout sketch/picture would be most helpful, a description of the chipset and jumper names might help as well.

Chicony's support has never impressed me very much (e.g. almost none).

On the surface is printed with white ink SR-M401A. And there is a label marked PGA (I think this is the computer integrator).
