Bios and Assigning IRQ to VGA Oh Gods please help!

I just figured out after a bit of hair pulling that I need to enable the "Assign IRQ to VGA" in BIOS.

So this is easy enough since I had to enable my USB ports a while back in BIOS.

My problem is, when I get to the "page" where I would go to enable the feature, everything is locked out. All the text is in a color that I assume means I can't change anything. The only key that works is ESC to back out, I can't select anything. What do I need to do to gain access to be able to enable/disable my IRQ feats?

What board do you have? Have you tried updating your BIOS?
