My motherboard of my Toshiba Satallite 2520 does not work

Sory for my bad english, but i want know one else. My portable pc turn on 3 leds and dont show anything on monitor and the CD-ROM drive wav ever TURN ON. I want know if i can program my BIOS and it start to work again

Try removing all the drives, attach an external PC monitor to the laptop and see if that does anything.

If that don't work, disassemble the laptop down to the mainboard, apply power and see if you get a POST on the external PC monitor. If no post then it's either a BIOS issue or a failing CPU or motherboard component.
